I entered church staff at 19 years old and now have over 35 years of experience in helping others gain more clarity in their Christian life. I am a Nashville native, on church staff, therapist, and Christian Life Coach. I have been married to my bride for almost 30 years and we have five amazing children. I recharge through, fishing (spinning and fly), kayaking, hiking, disc golf, strength training, games with family/friends, and connecting with my people.
I received my Bachelors in Religion and Physical Education from Belmont University after paying my way through college over eight years. I pursued my Divinty degree at Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando only to dual enroll later in the Counseling program there which I received in 2001. Ten years later I was able to complete my Masters of Divinty at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. During this time I also completed a two tear training program to become a Certified Christian Life Coach through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
